Toms thoughts on the Royal International Air Taptoo 1998
So, what can I say about the RIAT? The weather was perfect, the organisation
excellent. Some people say that this is one of the, if not the finest of airshows
in Europe, if not the world. And I tend to agree with them. I have never seen
such a smooth organisation of an airshow. Even though the program was changed, it
was an absolute hit. All shots were made with a Canon Eos 5000 fitted with a
38-76 zoomlens for the static and a 75-300 zoomlens for the flying display.
Many thanks to all of the kind people who made this airshow possible.
